What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Do I have to be home?
For residential customers, if you have paid in advance for your project - and you are not having your windows cleaned inside your home - you are not required to be home at the time of your service. If you would like your windows cleaned inside your home and/or you are not willing to prepaid for your service, someone 18 years or older needs to be home who can provided access to your home and payment for your service.
Do you work weekends?
Yes. Because we understand that you may not be comfortable with us working at your property when you are not there, we do schedule jobs on the weekend.
How quickly can you get me scheduled?
There are a number of factors that are involved in getting your job scheduled: the exact nature of your project - what services are you requesting and the amount of time it will take to complete them, and our current work schedule. But rest assured we'll do everything we can to accommodate your scheduling needs.
My property has 3+ stories. Will you still come?
Absolutely! Be it siding, windows, gutters, and roofs, we service buildings of all shapes and sizes and have the ladders to prove it.
Are your cleaning products plant & pet friendly?
Yes. The cleaning solutions we use are quality products that are plant and pet safe. However, we ask that you keep your pets away from our staff as they are power washing your home, driveway, walkways, deck/patio, and other surfaces.
Is power washing safe for my siding?
What a great question! Though power washing is safe for most vinyl siding, we follow specific guidelines set forth by siding manufacturers and use only the best cleaning solution, which is safe for your plants and pets too.
